I’ve lived in the Buffalo area my whole life. My office is right across from Town Hall. I run this firm the way I was raised — no B.S., no shortcuts, and never walking away from someone who needs help.
I’ve represented celebrities, first-time offenders, families in crisis, and people who were flat-out broke. It doesn’t matter who you are. If you’re facing a legal challenge, I’ll give you a straight answer and a shot at a better outcome.
I had the absolute pleasure of working with Melissa after my bike accident, and I couldn’t be more grateful for her support. She guided me through my case with exceptional attention to detail and stayed on top of everything throughout the process. Whenever I had a question or concern, Melissa was always quick to respond and provide clarity. Her expertise, excellent communication, and professionalism truly set her apart. I highly recommend Melissa’s services—she is a smart, compassionate, and outstanding lawyer. I can’t thank her enough for everything she’s done to help me!

Make a list Lists are great ways to stay on track. Write down some big things you want to accomplish and some smaller things, too. Check the list regularly Don’t forget to check in and see how you’re doing. Just because you don’t achieve the big goals right away doesn’t mean you’re not making progress. Reward yourself When you succeed in achieving a goal, be it a big one or a small one, make sure to pat yourself on the back. Think positively Positive thinking is a major factor in success. So instead of mulling over things that didn’t go quite right, remind yourself of things that did.
